  1. Melt margarine and cheese over med.low heat in a small pot.When it's melted, remove from heat.Add the parsley and the mayonnaise.Stir till it's all blended.Spread this over the bread.Put under broiler till bubbly.Make sure you watch it, because it gets done quick!
