Ingredients: Une tasse d'une capacité de 130 ml contenant du beurre fondu; 2 oeufs; Une tasse d'une contenance de 80 ml contenant de la crème sure; 1/4 cuillère à café de sel; Un bol d'une capacité de 1/2 litre contenant de la farine; Un bol d'une capacité de 1/4 litre contenant du sucre brun; 1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude; 3 bananes; Une tasse d'une capacité de 130 ml contenant des noix de pécan hachées

Cette recette est l’enfant d’amour de toutes les recettes de pain aux bananes les mieux notées de RecipeZaar et de quelques autres ressources! J'aime cela.

Préchauffer le four à 350 et graisser un moule à pain (ou un moule à muffins!).
Dans un bol, mélanger le beurre, les œufs et la crème sure, et dans un autre bol le sel, le sucre et le bicarbonate de soude. Mélangez-les ensuite.
Écrasez les bananes et ajoutez-les au mélange avec les noix de pécan. Mettez tout dans le moule à pain.
Cuire au four à 350 ° C pendant une heure et 15 minutes. Peut-être moins pour les muffins, ils sont encore au four: P.
