J'adore le riz et le quinoa.Après avoir découvert à quel point ils avaient meilleur goût lorsqu'ils étaient combinés, j'ai compris qu'il s'agissait de ma nouvelle méthode revitalisée et préférée pour les préparer. Voici comment:

Faites bouillir 3/8 litre d'eau dans un pot couvert

Ajouter le riz sauvage et cuire à feu doux/ébullition pendant 20 minutes.

Ajouter le riz brun au riz sauvage et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 20 minutes supplémentaires.

Ajouter le quinoa au riz et terminer la cuisson pendant 20 minutes (une heure au total).

Retirer du feu et ajouter 2 cuillères à soupe de beurre et 1 cuillère à soupe de sel poivron citron/poivre et bien mélanger.

Servir comme plat d'accompagnement ou mélanger avec votre cuisine chinoise ou autre préférée.
