Délicieux riz au lait caillé
Ce riz délicieux est un excellent moyen d’utiliser les restes de riz blanc cuit.Il a un goût très chaud ou froid, particulièrement chaud lors des froides nuits d’hiver.Il est préférable de prendre toutes les dix minutes.

Dans une casserole épaisse, chauffer le beurre clarifié à feu moyen. Ajouter les graines de moutarde; il devrait être juste assez chaud pour que les graines craquent, mais ne brûlent pas. Incorporer le gingembre, l'ail, la cannelle, les piments verts et rouges, et les feuilles de curry.Cuire, en remuant fréquemment, pendant environ 30 secondes.

Si le riz est froid, ajoutez le riz dans la casserole avec un peu d'eau et couvrez.La vapeur séparera le riz.Lorsque le riz est chaud, ou si vous ajoutez du riz chaud, mélangez le riz avec les épices.Réduisez le feu, ajoutez le yogourt et faites chauffer .
