Pain aux graines de sésame (machine à pain)


Ce pain a un goût fabuleux grâce à l’ajout d’huile de sésame. Vous pouvez également ajouter d’autres graines de votre choix que j’ai énumérées comme «facultatives». Le temps de cuisson inclut le temps de cycle en machine et le deuxième levé. De «100 recettes de machines à pain» de Vicki Smallwood.

Préparation

  1. Placez les quatre premiers ingrédients dans le plateau de votre machine à pain dans l'ordre indiqué ci-dessus.
  2. Mélanger la farine avec les graines et verser dans la casserole, suivie de la levure.
  3. Réglez le programme sur 'PÂTE'.
  4. Une fois le cycle terminé (ma machine prend 90 minutes), transférez la pâte sur une surface enfarinée, pétrissez-la environ 5 fois, puis façonnez à votre guise (ronde, ovale, pain, etc.). Placez la pâte sur une plaque légèrement huilée et couvrez-le d'un morceau de pellicule plastique/pellicule plastique huilée.Laissez-le bien jusqu'à ce qu'il ait presque doublé de taille (environ une heure).
  5. Préchauffez le four à 200 ° C
