Ce pain a une belle croûte, a la taille d’un "vrai" pain, et a un goût merveilleux! Il reste frais quelques jours sur le comptoir (contrairement aux autres pains sans gluten) .Vous pouvez voir davantage de mes recettes à.

À l'aide d'un mélangeur robuste, combinez les ingrédients secs.
Dans un bol à mélanger, fouetter ensemble les œufs, l'huile et le vinaigre.
Lorsque la levure est cuite, ajoutez les ingrédients humides au sec. Remuez jusqu'à ce que le mélange soit un peu pâteux, puis ajoutez le mélange de levure.En utilisant le réglage de vitesse lente de votre mixeur, mélangez pendant environ 30 secondes. mélanger à feu moyen pendant environ 2 minutes ou jusqu'à ce que la pâte soit lisse (vous devrez peut-être arrêter votre mélangeur et gratter les parois de votre bol plusieurs fois de plus).
Versez la pâte dans un moule à pain bien enduit et bien graissé de 9 x 5 "et couvrez d’une pellicule de plastique.Laissez lever pendant 45 à 60 minutes (Vérifiez le pain au bout de 30 minutes de levée. laissez la pâte lever le temps qui reste, à découvert.) Lorsque la pâte commence tout juste à former une crête sur le dessus de la casserole, cuire au four pendant 30 minutes dans un four préchauffé à 375 (F).
Retirez le pain du moule et laissez-le refroidir sur une grille.
